Hello Pennsylvanians!

The ODP Consulting System Website is designed to provide information about the supports and services administered by the PA Department of Public Welfare, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).  The mission of ODP is to provide individuals with mental retardation, autism, and their families the services and supports they need and the opportunity to make real choices about living, working and options for social activities to enable them to live in and participate fully in the life of their communities.

This website will connect you with up-to-date information and training material that can assist you in supporting your family member, friend, neighbor, or someone you support in living his or her Everyday Life. The resources on this site are approved by the Office of Developmental Programs, PA Department of Public Welfare and maintained by the Office of Developmental Programs Consulting System (OCS).

The Bureau of Autism Services (BAS)
housed within ODP, has developed the BAS Virtual Training Center as an additional source of information. This comprehensive resource has been developed to enable professionals and families to easily access autism-specific training, documents and other resources in one convenient location. This website will also connect you with up-to-date information about BAS programs, ASERT Regional Centers and other initiatives.
